About A Curious Trekker
I’ve always been a curious trekker. Always eager to share travel stories, photographs, and tips about my travels.
As you’ve probably noticed, I’m a she. An American. More in shape than out of shape. Fairly even tempered (except when I’m hungry) and game to try new experiences. I love to share what I learn. This is often to the consternation of family, friends and even co-workers.
Not wanting to permanently wear out their patience, coupled with my love for photography, has brought me to launching this site. I hope you not only enjoy my musings and photographs, but also find the content, and links useful as you plan your own, next trek.
Picture: Sampling Coati coffee in the highlands of Peru. Coffee beans are ingested by the Coatimundi, then 'released' in the stool before it is cleaned, processed, dehydrated, roasted and ground. Bon Appetit!

And if I’m lucky–years.
